  I am very upset with the unprofessional srive thru staff at this location. I grow up coming to this location and now for several months now the staff with the dreads with gold ends in the hair is very unprofessional. She has been disrespectful to my kids and I. I have filed several complaints and apparently her attitude is still the same. MCDonalds is supposed to be a friendly place not with anger or rude staff.

  Place is clean but they always get orders wrong and wouldnt let me use my discount. The lady I talked to just immediately gave me attitude and basically told me I’m lying. Anyways yeah the fries are always cold, L service.

  Today I ordered a fish sandwich no tarter. I specifically asked for no tarter and added ranch sauce. I’m allergic to tartar sauce. It was still given to me on my fish sandwich. I’m at the hospital now from the reaction of the tartar sauce touching my hands. Why hire people who don’t listen, or people who get lazy with customer service loyalty..? Why do I have to hear the employee taking my order as if I owe him?? He’s not starving I was. Why be in business if this is what McDonald’s gonna be about?? I’m taking this into my own hands, because nothing will be done by the company of McDonald’s. Since I gotta suffer, cool.

  Don't do Mobile order for this McDonald's because when I bought two items though the Mobile app, they told me that they didn't have it and I can't get a refund from the app.
