- DHDanielle HMay 3, 20261.0Terrible experience. Ordered using their website for delivery and an hour later got a text saying my order was cancelled by the Uber driver they hired to bring me my food. Address was only ten minutes away and easy to find. Called the restaurant and they told me the Uber driver returned my now cold food and I could pick it up or get a refund but the refund would take a while. I picked up my food and asked about the additional money I spent for delivery and tip which went to delivery and they said they wouldn't do anything to refund me that amount. Will never be ordering here again. Good customer service would be to offer me a refund and me meal that is now cold and that I had to pick up. I will be disputing the transaction unless the manager wants to contact me to remedy the difference. Edit-just got home and the sour cream I paid extra for for the quesadilla was not there. Thanks Maggy...
