  Go to this chipotle about every week, my bowl is around 16 dollars and i get the same thing every time, suddenly today it jumped to $21? tell me how that works. got over charged and wasnt given a receipt.

  Just ordered 3 bowls for pickup and none of them were made correctly. Each was either missing something and/or had something extra. They were also mislabeled which is what prompted us to check the ingredients, trying to figure out whose was whose. Regardless of the mislabeling, the order was all wrong.

  My first time visiting this location proceeded to the drive through window a Latina worker literally watched me through the window never acknowledged me just pretended as if I wasn’t there. Went inside to complain to the manager who is also Hispanic entire staff was Hispanic he apologized but refused to say anything to the worker. While ordering a Spanish lady drove up and she immediately opened the window for her. My overall view they are racist against black people. The manager and the worker need to be fired the store need to be more diverse . I felt disrespected and humiliated and would never go back I couldn’t even eat the food I was so upset. Still upset 2 hours later typing this message

  I havent eaten Chipotle in so long, i decdied to give it a try. Got a bowl with the new asado chicken, there was literally nothing but toppings in the bowl. Very disappointing coming from a former employee of Chipotle (not this location). Cashier was not friendly at all, I understand having bad days but to have the same attitude after being greeted with a smile from a customer is wild. He was also replacing trash bags with gloves on and was very annoyed when the customer in front of me asked that he change his gloves. Does this location not follow protocal & common sense?? Will not eat here again.

  My daughter and I went in to grab something to eat. Upon walking up to the store, there was an employee outside. She scoffed and said “Upon walking up to the store, there was an employee outside. She scoffed and said “what’s the name on the order?” My daughter stated we’re coming into place an order. Employee follows us inside walks behind the register, puts her apron back on and stands behind the register, waiting for another employee to show up to start preparing food After we placed our order which was a bowl and a bag of chips, my daughter stepped up to the register to pay, and she was holding cash in her hand and the woman’s scarfs again and Asks “cash?” My daughter looked up and said yes I’m paying with cash to which the woman rolls her eyes and then goes back to the computer and get the total. My daughter hand her the appropriate amount of money and she looks at my daughter again and asks “cash?“. My daughter and I both look at each other and I say “yes we’re paying with cash”. Woman lowers her eyes, takes the money and starts making in Audible crumbles under her breath apparently paying with cash is frowned upon? The food the chips were so salty my daughter and I could not eat them. The queso was grainy and in my experience that’s because it’s old and it’s starting to turn. It was not a good experience. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
