  Horrible customer service employees outside yelling instead of caring about customers. Food was cold roast beef sandwich looked like mystery meat 🤮

  Got the “Philly” cheese steak sandwich tasted old and weird, the drink tasted like the syrup needed to be changed and the cheddar sauce was cold and glue like consistency. Observed a lady screaming at people in the parking lot in a red white and blue shirt on and I believe red hair it was a white woman. She was standing with people that had a headset on outside. To be honest we only went there because it was the first time in 8 years that we have seen people in the parking lot at this location so I figured let’s give it a go but no never again girl at the window was rude.

  I really like the Arby's in Lehigh. It's a bit of a hike for me but I usually stop when in Lehigh. I ordered 4 cheese steak sandwiches and peach cobbler things The food tasted very and the person at the window was very nice. I'm sorry I did not get her name

  We had an issue with our order the other week. We called and spoke to Ciara. She was wonderful, apologized and said our next meal was on here. I came back tonight and reordered the meal and she covered like she said. Claudia took our order and was so very polite and pleasant. It was great service, the best I've had in a long time.
