  We brought our grandkids to the Eustis FL store for lunch after church today. We have a 4 yr old who has a very limited diet and will not eat pizza so we had brought him French fries and the other 6 of us were eating the buffet and drinks. We walked in and the waitress yelled across the store how many and we said 7 and she told us where to sit. The table she told us was for 6 people so I grabbed a chair from the empty table behind us and put it at the end of our table. She walked back over and said you can’t put that chair there.. I asked where would you like me to put it? We said we had 7 and you put us at a table for 6 (keep in mind still no greeting from her). We sat down and I got my 4 yr old grandson fries out and put them on the table and here she came again… you can’t bring outside food in here there is a sign on the door. I said.. are you serious he is 4 and we are all buying food. She said it’s our policy. We asked to speak to the manager and Tammi again told us it is their policy and he can’t eat them in the store. At this point I would have left but my husband and the other 5 children had already started eating so I went to the car with my 4 yr old grandson so he could eat. I asked for the district managers info and Tammi said she doesn’t have that and I said you better find it because when I leave I want it. When we checked out I asked the waitress the Managers name and I was told John Grillim. John you may want to teach your team some respect and how to handle customers! We did spend $62.91 in the store! I didn’t have the option to give no stars for customer service and the 1 star was more than they deserved!

  If you lıke to sit in the store just go there cause your pizza won’t be ready for next 40-50 minutes

  Delivery was half hour late and pizza was cold. Only four miles away
