  I would not recommend this Pizza Hut location. When I entered the store, I saw a promotional sign offering FREE Pizza Sticks. When I asked about the offer, the employee first told me there was a minimum order requirement. I explained that my order was around $50, so he went to ask the manager. The manager then told me they would not honor the promotion because they had forgotten to remove the sign. The frustrating part is that the promotional sign was still displayed for customers to see. If a promotion is clearly advertised inside the store, customers should not be told after ordering that it won’t be honored simply because the staff forgot to remove the sign. This was very misleading and disappointing customer service. Promotions should either be honored as advertised or removed immediately so customers are not misled.

  ⭐ 1-Star Review We went to the Pizza Hut in Leesburg, FL on 14th street around 9 PM and ordered two My Hut Boxes. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. One pizza was supposed to have bacon and pepperoni, while the other was supposed to have bacon and pineapple. The bacon and pineapple pizza had no bacon on it at all. It was also overloaded with cheese and had barely any sauce. On top of that, both pizzas were severely undercooked. The centers were still doughy and barely cooked, making them unable to eat, unless we put them into our own oven. The My Hut Boxes also came with boneless wings. We ordered them with barbecue sauce, but the wings were extremely overcooked and hard, almost to the point where they were difficult to chew. They were also absolutely drenched in barbecue sauce. There was so much sauce on them that it completely overwhelmed the wings and made them unpleasant to eat. The customer service wasn’t much better. While I was sitting in the lobby waiting for our order, I could actually see our boxes sitting in the heating cabinet. Everyone appeared to be in the back. I heard one of the employees say that there was a girl standing out front waiting for an order. She then walked away, and a few seconds later, a man finally came around and brought me the food. We called the store and asked to speak with the manager about the issue. We explained what happened and asked if we could simply bring the pizzas back and have them replaced. The manager told us that the only thing he could do was put a $10 credit on the account, so I asked why he couldn’t have his staff remake something they messed up, but he still refused to replace them and said the $10 credit was the only option. We spent around $15 on two My Hut Boxes and ended up with food that was missing an ingredient, poorly prepared, and undercooked. The manager also never gave us his name when speaking with us, which made the interaction feel even less professional. The manager never apologized. Mistakes happen, but what really made this experience frustrating was the lack of effort to actually resolve the problem. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we simply wanted the food we paid for to be properly made. Very disappointing experience, especially with how the situation was handled by management.

  Ordered online. Show up 2 minutes before order is due but no one was near the make line and order wasn't even started. Took 5 minutes to be greeted. Order was wrong and had to be remade. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to tell them. Then after 6 more minutes someone tells me it will be another 10 minutes before the order is ready. All I ordered was a personal pizza with pepperoni and no sauce. No apologies from staff and when I asked for the managers name, they were hesitant to provide it. By far the worst service I have ever received and I ordered from this store many times but it has never been worse.
