  Service was good. Food was terrible. No flavor tasted like a banquet meal. My husband said "never again" and he's typically no one to complain. We got the Kingsland entree and our trio appetizer by far surpassed the taste and quality of our meal.

  We usually have a great experience here. But today was not a good day, sadly 😕 we had waited at least 3 to 5 min to even be seated, the waitress was not having a good day, she had 3 parties leave unhappy at the same time then obviously overwhelmed with them 😢 and gave us horrible experience. The food was not up to par and too freaking cold in the restaurant! It was only 11:30 am and did not have that much customers to make it that hot for them. I understand to keep a certain temperature, but this was too cold.. I could not enjoy my date with my Husband nor try to even eat the food that was horrible and took too long to get. Again.. not a good experience. I am going to say, that it was lack of employees and poor management. I felt bad for the staff and the customers that had to go elsewhere for lunch.

  Every time I place a to go order, they take 45 minutes. It wouldn’t be so bad if someone would come out and let us know that it’s going to be a while, but waiting with 2 kids 20 minutes passed the expected time isn’t fun. Then the food is usually cold.

  Our waitress Kimberly, is a great example of someone who is very good at their job. She was very professional, prompt with our food and attentive to our needs. Her service definitely deserves a five star and we look forward to seeing her again.

  The portahouse steak had a weird taste wondering if it wasn’t lab created.meat texture was spongy Terrible taste. Chopped steak was Horrible mushroom onion gravy disgusting. Long Johns menu has that chopped steak item listed as ROAD KILL! Stomachs were turning after meal. Porterhouse was taken off bill. Wont be back location Leesburg. Server was Awesome
