I think you should start videoing the transactions and reviewing them with the Employees on a regular basis. There are multiple McDonald's, plus other fast food places between Mount Dora and Leesburg, how many customers can you afford to run off ???

(Dining room opens at 6am) doors were locked and the guy behind the counter saw me outside the door and I knocked. He quickly looked away and refused to even loom my direction. I could not use the drive thru because I had a large trailer on my truck. Ended up having to cancel my order and leave.
