  I specifically asked for a decaf banana pudding coffee. What i got instead was espresso shots banana pudding and now I am in the hospital. If somebody is asking for decaf coffee, there is a medical reason! Your lack of caring almost killed me & made me miss work! 7 brew, Elianos and Starbucks have never treated me this way and have always been accommodating! Never again! Also thanks for the burnt bagel!

  Tried to order food and coffee. There was a young girl taking orders at the drive-thru. I ordered a jelly donut they were out. I ordered alternate items and did not want powered munchkins. The women on the speaker told me you’re getting glazed and Fruit Punch. Very rude and unprofessional. I then told her that there was no need to be rude. It seems they have a Fruit Punch item choice that I have never had. The lady then said she we aren’t going to serve you. I then went inside to speak to the manager and found out she was the manager. I then asked her name and the owners name and she said she did not have to provide it. The customer service at this location is horrible. Spend your money somewhere else; where it is valued. With inflation on everything we as consumers should make companies and the people they choose to represent them rise to the occasion to get our hard earned money. Anything, less than professionalism and good quality of care in the customer service industry is bad business. We should never accept a nasty attitude from anyone who serves us our food. Please take your time and report your experiences and make managers accountable for bad representation of their business.

  got a drink at another location 5 minutes down the street they didn't make it correctly I stopped in and asked if I could get a little bit of cream and they said they would charge me for a whole new drink or I could go back to the other location I'm on my way to work and don't have time to backtrack to the other location I understand it's a franchise and it's probably a different owner of this location but it's still a Duncan they could have given me a to-go packet of creamer and it would have been fine but since they refused to even try to help me and even tried charging me for a new drink I feel like it's bad customer service I didn't ask for a drink I asked for a little bit of creamer like I would have paid for the packet of creamer but I don't feel like I should pay for a whole new drink when that wasn't what I was asking for

  I had a bad cup of coffee full of grinds when I went back and spoke to the manager Gabby her customer service was top notch I showed her the picture and she gave me another cup which was really good great service from her will go back there again

  The morning staff makes the whole visit. They are always in a good mood and welcoming. They should teach some of the other locations about customer service. Jasmine is who I usually see and she is the sweetest. They are efficient and worth the drive to know my coffee is being made right.
