And your worker Urvi cut me off before I could even finish my sentence and said we can’t add anything at the window. I’m confused because they have done it before. She automatically blamed her manager stating that’s her rules and I’m more than welcome to go back around… to add a donut??? I understand following policies, but there should also be some common sense and customer service involved. The way this was handled felt unnecessarily dismissive over such a small request.
