  So Brian treats customers like trash as well as his employees. This douchebag stands there and says that it's his job to watch his employees drown when things get rough. Said that with a new hire making the food no less. When told that he shouldnt be doing that and asked for his name he thought it would be cute to say my name is "Leave and don't come back to my store". Gotta be honest you're not making it very hard for people to not even want to come back you jerk.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Alexis, Will, and Demario! All three of them were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely kind while serving me and making me feel comfortable. I never felt rushed or like they were trying to hurry me through the line. They took the time to speak with me, were very welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell when employees truly care about providing great customer service, and these three definitely do! Alexis, Will, and Demario are incredible assets to the company. If I were in management, I would absolutely give them more hours and recognize their hard work. Employees like these are exactly what make customers want to come back. Thank you all for making my visit such a great experience! 🌯❤️

  Out of the all-new cilantro lime sauce. 75% of the tables were dirty while the guy at the register just stood there not helping. Definitely not the best Chipotle I’ve been to

  haven’t been here in over a year nd decided to give it another shot i wasn’t even gonna make this review but 1.) chips were so stale they didn’t even crunch but that’s not what i wanted to leave this review for. i asked for 3 tacos, this nice lady came up and went to ask her i’m assuming manager (older guy with glasses and had pens in his lil shirt pocket) a question about tin foil or something and he gave her complete attitude and rolled his eyes and then went to scrolling on his phone while she prepared the tacos. she then went to roll the tacos together as i was standing at the register and he says “SEE! that’s why you use those wraps so you can learn portion control!” i said ??? she actually did an amazing job probably the best i’ve ever had since here. he completely ignored the compliment & she went to walk away to handle another customer and i ordered a side of queso previously and he goes “SIDE OF QUESO?????” like she’s the only one up here you can’t get it yourself? poor girl just goes to grab it and says sorry he doesn’t say a word. then goes to tell me my total i’m like? can i have a drink? he gives me attitude and presses the X on the card machine and doesn’t say a word and just tells me my new total. i said thank you & he just looked away i went to walk away and realized he never gave me my cup and again, doesn’t say a word and just hands me my cup. just rude and i feel bad for any employees working under him. every good boss knows you correct your employees in private, but in the case nothing even needed to be corrected.
