I love the way they welcome me in the morning. The young woman who helped me today was friendly and very cheerful!

What’s the hype. The employees don’t even know the menu or the pricing had to ask the other employee. Drinks are loaded with tons of sugar.. They don’t even come close to Starbucks. Couldn’t even recommend me a drink. lol 😂 Maybe there is no training involved just hand a menu to a customer training. It wasn’t the worst but scooters is better by far. Would never go back or recommend this franchise

I love paying $10 for a cup of ice. I took three sips of this drink and my drink was gone. I don’t understand why this is. What companies do they charge you so much money for a drink and then basically you’re just paying for ice. I would not recommend going to this one actually I wouldn’t recommend going to a lot of places like this. They rip people off. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this is ridiculous.

I drive by it in the morning the line was out to the highway. I went after work and the line wasn't that long and got my order in like 5 mins after showing up

I have been to this location multiple times and most of the girls are nice but the past 2 times that i’ve been here my order has been taken by the men with beards (grown men btw so their is no reason to be acting like this) they both had attitudes. I understand it is hot outside but that is no reason to be rude to the customers also there was maybe 3 other cars so it’s not like it was busy. He said he couldn’t find my account which was fine so we continued without it i ordered four drinks total and when i was telling him what they were he seemed annoyed which is crazy bc they were simple drinks and they weren’t busy, when i was saying my last drink he said to me afterwards “is there any more drinks” and yk that’s not a bad thing to say it’s just the way he delivered that sentence was in a rude demeanor. trust me i also work in customer service and even if im having a bad day or it’s hot out i would never have an attitude towards a customer when they’ve done nothing to deserve it! Also when he finished taking my order he walked away so i rolled my window up he comes back maybe a minute later and i didn’t notice him, i look up and he is facing away from me and holding the straws near my window didn’t even try to get my attention… (grown man btw). This entire experience just makes me upset, yall have this whole thing about being kind yet your employees are definitely not.
