  Sub par at best for the food at this location. Poor management and expediting. Marked off that everything was in bag when brought to attention they immediately got defensive and argued that 2 sandwiches (of the 3 that I paid for) were in the bag. I had to hold up my receipt from the bag they literally just bagged to show that it was missing items. They handed me my 3rd sandwich that was clearly on the counter where they were bagging and missed it … While waiting for them to put a lid on the soup staff started to socialize about who was working that shift this morning. I asked if I can please have my soup and I got a response from the lady who appeared to be management that “I had to get your croutons” with attitude. I responded to let her know that every item was checked off on the receipt showing it was in the bag and that they should be more diligent when doing this. Had they apologized for the inconvenience and waited to have the side conversation I would have never even written this review. Had I gotten home and noticed food was missing I’m sure I would have had trouble getting the items replaced with how the staff behaved. I will not return to this location. Celina at the register was great!! Very kind and patient!!

  Ate here for lunch it was very nice. I asked for a water cup and the lady gave me a soda cup for free. When I was done eating she even took my empty plate from my hands. I will be back

  Great place for a quick healthy bite. Staff is very helpful, and the food is always fresh.

  The Manager Alan.. needs to get some customer service training. He's NOT nice at all.. Alan also needs to train the staff to make sure EVERY item on the order is in the bag. Why waste people's time when a simple double check would eliminate problems!!

  I ordered the fiesta chicken sandwich and my husband ordered steak sandwich. We lifted the tops of the bread and there is hardly any meat in either one of them. When did Panera get so chinchy in meat and cheese and still raising prices. The two sandwiches were 28 dollars. I don't think I'll go back there anytime soon.
