Not recommended if you're looking for good quality

I’m in here multiple times a week (not even for myself most of the time) and the service has gotten so bad it’s actually shocking. I placed everyone’s usual online order and walked in when it wasn’t busy at all. There were 7 employees behind the counter and not a single one greeted me or even acknowledged I was standing there. They were too busy playing around, talking to each other, yapping on their phones while making food, and literally walking right past me knowing I was waiting. Zero eye contact, zero “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. It felt like I was interrupting their social hour. The best part was, the food wasn’t even made yet. The employees here are running neck-and-neck with the absolute worst ones at the 5 Guys next door and that’s saying something. The lack of basic customer service and common courtesy is ridiculous for a place that charges what they do. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Go literally anywhere else. This location is a hard pass from now on.

I wanted steak for my bowl and he said he was out but they had an extra pan that they used to provide the person before me with steak. After going with honey chicken, they proceeded to offer the person after me steak after just telling me 15-30 sec before that he didn’t have any. That was a little ridiculous.They were also out of many other options on the line as well and customer service wasn’t up to par. Do not recommend.

Hands down, my favorite place to eat to fit my weight-loss and fitness goals, plus it's such high quality when compared to other fast food places. But again - it's the people. They make it worthwhile for me.
