The coffee was fresh, hot, and hit the spot when I needed that caffeine boost. The staff was friendly, greeted me with a smile, and got my order out quickly. Sometimes it’s the simple things that make a difference—good coffee, fast service, and people who seem happy to help. Dunkin’ may not always get all the hype, but they still know how to make a solid cup of coffee. I’ll definitely stop by again when I need a quick pick-me-up.

When you ask the staff about it, the response is always "we only have what's out." For a donut shop to not stock donuts is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service is horrible. The managers are just as bad as the rest of the staff — unhelpful and unprofessional. The cleanliness of the staff is also a concern. I ended up having to drive 10–20 minutes to another location just to get what I came for. I will not be returning to this location.

I go on the highway after I leave and I like to set up and get my coffee ready before I get on the highway as I cannot do it then. Thus location tells me it cost $1.50 for ice. I ask for a small white cup and they say they have none..I would like to start drinking my coffee soon after I get it which is why I have to have it cool. I can't set it up while on the road. is this too much to ask.??
