- AEashley eusebiSep 13, 20261.0if I could put zero stars, I really would and I hate to be one of those customers cause I used to be one of the employees at dunkin working my ass off and honestly today around one 20 something I ordered a chicken bacon croissant, a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. I ordered chipotle Loaded, hashbrowns, snacking, bacon, and if I’m not mistaken, snacking, bacon is supposed to come with egg piece it’s not too burnt pieces of bacon and whatever new trainee. She was super sweet, but she made me a frozen hot chocolate and it was white so white that my stomach started hurting, and then she grabbed a drink again, and she started pouring mocha in the dome lid And mixing the whipped cream with it and it still tasted horrible and my chicken bacon croissant hi-fi pieces of raw bacon five pieces and she said that there’s no manager there to give me my refund so tomorrow I will be there to get my refund back because this was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve worked at five. Dunkin’ Donuts and I would’ve had all those customers out and there was only two cars in that line. mind you almost 40 minutes and I didn’t even get my three Boston cream doughnuts Mr. Mike would not approve of this I even added a five dollar tip and it was not even worth it don’t have employees that are not trained on the shift. I don’t know how to make drinks cause this girl was having all the cold foam spilling all over the drink And she didn’t even clean it up either and the other girl by herself doing everything and she told me to come tomorrow for the refund so I better get that money back
