- EEEmJun 8, 20261.0I placed a Mobile order and there was an older Hispanic male maybe like in his 50s who was working the register and it looked like he could’ve been the Manager and the roof was leaking right near the register, so another worker was mopping up the water, and he also was a Hispanic male, anyways, I was rushed to leave, although there was another older white man inside of the restaurant sitting down and had already finished eating his food, He told me that the inside of the restaurant was closed and that after I get my order, I should go. I honestly think that if I didn’t place a mobile order, he would not take my order at the register. I felt unappreciated as a paying customer and it has pushed me to believe that, maybe I was discriminated against, based off of the color of my skin. I understand if he would’ve told me that the restaurant was closed on the inside because of the leaking roof and that applied to everyone, but it didn’t, also I noticed that he was watching me before I took the order from him; I was looking for a place to put my items down so that I can have a seat in the restaurant and that’s when he started rushing me out basically. He was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, as soon as I step foot through the door, I didn’t say a word, and he was basically telling me not to approach near the register because the floor was wet and I think he was going on to say that he would not take my order at the register, but I stopped him before he said it, to tell him that I placed a Mobile order, and that was the only words that I was able to speak in the beginning. I think he was using the leaking roof as an opportunity to discriminate. I even asked if they had a straw in the end and he very rudely told me that it was by the door, that everything that I would need would be over there, by the door. As I was putting the straw in the bag, another person walked in, placed an order and he told the person about the leaking roof and I stayed there to listen, and then the person was able to sit inside the restaurant to eat. I didn’t stay there to call anyone out or anything, I just silently walked right out the door. If I had made plans to meet up with someone at this Dunkin, I would be left feeling very embarrassed and would have to rearrange my plans for that day, so that the person wouldn’t have to deal with that or feel uncomfortable.

I cant believe they have flies on the donuts and the worker was trying to get them off and the manager stopped him from not letting the flies land and spit on the doughnuts. Then she said to him your not going to get them, they just have to deal with it!!! Did she say "They" or "We"!! Omg, I just walked out! Its 7/3/2026 at 6:15pm If you know about Flies yall would never eat here!
