Me entregó las 2 pizzas casi sin queso, secas, le reclamé, fue muy rudo y se negó hacer mis pizzas bien otra vez. Pedí hablar con manager y me dijo que era él, cuando yo sé que no, los dueños y siempre veo a la Señora muy amable, manager y siempre mis órdenes salen perfectas. Fue frustrante, casi me hecho del lugar. No deberían tener empleados así, pierden clientes. 👎

He kept rambling about nonsense could not understand a word he was saying. He peaked into my house (stuck his whole head into my house). He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He said to me no tip? i had stated to him that i thought i put a tip online and he kept saying no no no and usually i do tip in cash if my service was good but mind you this time i wanted to tip online because i didnt want to open the door for anyone but he kept knocking hard on my door. We got into a whole argument i said you are in my personal space u are begging me for a tip after i already signed the receipt. I told him i was not going to give him anything he stayed so close to my entrance, so close that i thought this man was going to come in. i couldn’t even close the door. He was trying to speak to other people in my house to explain when i am the one who placed the order and payed. I live 5 minutes away from this location not seeing why he was begging me for a tip when he didnt have to drive a long distance and is a creep and disrespectful. He kept asking my mom if “she was going” “if she was coming” i dont understand why its any of his business. Eventually he left but right before he did he said to my family member “Okay she dont like to tip me, Okay”. Im pretty sure his name is Haissam because thats what it said online. Im a little girl compared to him and he had no business treating me so unprofessionally. Complete weirdo!!! i always tip but i do not tip beggars and people who simply do not deserve it.This interaction lasted way longer than it needed to. Couldnt enjoy my food because i was pissed.

When I placed the order, I gave the correct street number, which was 98, not 89. However, the order was entered incorrectly. After about an hour of the delivery driver trying to deliver my order, a worker finally called to confirm and update the correct address. The delivery driver was eventually able to bring the order, but by that time the pizza was lukewarm. I attempted to contact the store to request some type of compensation due to the delay and the condition of the food. Unfortunately, when I spoke with Punni, the conversation was handled very poorly. Punni was aggressive and rude, argued back and forth with me about the address, and then hung up the phone. This was very unprofessional and only made the situation more frustrating. I am requesting that Domino’s review this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the delayed, lukewarm order and the poor customer service I received.
