It wouldn’t be an issue if they could multitask, but they clearly cannot. Portion size is too small, and extra is more than the price of half a bowl. It is too hot inside, sweating just standing there waiting to order.

There doesn’t seem to be a manager present or anyone actually paying attention to what’s going on. They’re constantly running out of things, the wait times are way too long, and most of the employees have a bad attitude. On top of that, the carnitas today were extremely salty. - JAJudline ApollonJul 31, 20261.0I was extremely disappointed with my experience. After paying over $45, plus the delivery fee, the food was a complete waste of money. When our order arrived, it was obvious the food had been sitting for quite some time. Both bowls were cold and soggy. To make matters worse, I found a hair in one of my bowls. After seeing that, neither of us felt comfortable eating the food. My husband didn’t want to risk continuing to eat his meal or pick through it to see if there was hair in his bowl as well, so we threw both bowls away after only taking one bite. I contacted customer service immediately to report the issue and even offered to provide photos of the hair in the food. Unfortunately, the resolution was just as disappointing as the meal itself. They only refunded one bowl, despite me explaining that we had to discard both meals because of the contamination concern. We ended up ordering pizza instead because we couldn’t eat the food we received. This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish, and based on both the food quality and the lack of adequate customer service, I will not be returning.
