  This is the worse chipotle I’ve ever been. I’ve been there 3 times and all the 3 times I had a bad experience. Took me almost 40 minutes waiting to get service. The other time, next to the food (buffet) stank pee so bad. Very slow service. I promised to myself to NEVER GO BACK to this place again, I rather eat Junk food at the gas station that for sure is faster than them but not Chipotle at this location again. Bad management. The health department should shut that place down. I was the first one of the day, at 10:45am they let me in and let me wait for about 8 minutes, I noticed that the girls handling the buffet was not even close to be ready to start serving but without giving any explanation she just had me standing there and she walks everywhere but seemed not to be worried about getting things ready to start serving, the counter was full of little containers with sauce, and after 8 minutes she said give me 10 more minutes. I was in a hurry and left, couldn’t wait no more.

  Came to chipotle in the morning doors were open up late , no greeting or acknowledgment when finally let in . Waiting to be serviced and everyone is looking around .Manager restocking and not helping .

  I always come to this chipotle and I never have an issue. However, this afternoon I encountered the rudest chipotle employee. I tried to order a chicken bowl but because of how much she rushed me she messed up my order and I was willing to look past it until I asked for double chicken and she proceeded to place 1 serving of chicken and call it double chicken. When I questioned her about the double chicken she proceeded to say “do you want triple?” And I proceeded to say no I want double and she looked away from me and started the next customers order as if I wasn’t just talking to her. There is a way you treat customers. People are not going to spend money where they can’t get basic respect. I left my bowl there and I know where I won’t be getting my chipotle from again.

  This location has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked a simple question about the chicken portion, instead of responding professionally, he mocked me by pretending to scoop chicken with an empty spoon in front of other customers. People in line laughed, and I was left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. My issue is not with paying for extra food if that is the policy. My issue is with the way customers are treated. A manager should never make a customer the subject of a joke. To make matters worse, it seems like every time I visit this location, I am told that only large drinks are available. There always appears to be some issue with basic menu options and customer service. This manager’s behavior reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. He is so unprofessional

  I am completely frustrated with the portion sizes, food management, and lack of customer service at this Chipotle location. I came in and paid extra for double chicken, but the specific protein was running incredibly low. Instead of waiting or bringing out a fresh batch, the employee insisted on scraping the bottom of the pan to gather the remaining dry scraps for my meal. The initial scoop was so small it wasn't even a full single portion, and when I asked the employee to add more for the double meat, they literally threw a tiny crumb on my food. It is completely unacceptable to charge premium prices for double protein just to serve a customer leftover scraps because the kitchen failed to prep properly. Furthermore, the staff seemed completely distracted by their own personal conversations right in front of the counter. Instead of acknowledging the customers or focusing on the orders, employees were discussing their personal business while rushing people through the line like an assembly line. Management needs to retrain this team immediately. Staff should be taught to manage food rotations properly so customers aren't stuck with the bottom of a pan, engage professionally with guests rather than ignoring them for personal chat, and stop breathing down employees' necks about inventory so customers actually get the portions they pay for. I hope management addresses these issues soon.
