  Yolene needs a raise or promotion came to get food on lunch break and she was working front counter and drive thru all by her self And there was at least seven employees behind the counter no one else Acknowledge Customers at the counter but her

  Stop letting people order at the drive tru telling them to pull up to the door and I still have to wait 10 minutes comes inside to still ask where is my order that I order outside...I came inside today for a change wanted a large fries asking for a cashier 9 minutes several staff ignore me even the cashier, when she finally cash me ,she said every time I come inside I ask who is cashier, when am supposed to ask that question even though I came to cash inside for the first time, when drive tru always tell me to pull up and never bring my order outside...the customer service is trash...I did tell cashier she won't be seeing me again

  This is not my first time to wait food or drink that takes longer than usual but today is the worse because I have been waiting for nearly 25 minutes and the service is so horrible. I decided to ask for refund and will not come this store again unless new management and employees who willing do the integrity works. This store needs to be revisit and assess the customer service.

  I’ve been to this location 3-times in the last 3, maybe 4 weeks and was disappointed every time. The 1st incident was The female manager, a Haitian girl with an Afro puff styled weave, gave me the nastiest attitude because I requested a refund after being informed of the extended wait time for my order AFTER I had already paid. She told me I should’ve ordered something else instead?? The 2nd & 3rd times were a little over a week apart by both were due to the curdled ice cream they are serving. I had just ordered this McFlurry it’s melting as soon as i started mixing it. Won’t be back but, dang.

  Ordering two 1/4lbers with bacon. I ask for no mayo add Mac Sauce. Employee corrected me saying you dont need to say "no mayo" because the bacon variant doesnt come with mayo. I responded "great!" Then just add Mac please!' Who wants to guess what the sandwiches where smothered with? Hint: it wasnt Mac Sauce... This is why our family have stopped eating out without special circumstance. Every time we give it a shot the order is never right. The rise in cost is met with dimished quality. Its 50$ for 3 happy meals and 2 burger meals. Its not justified, and dangerous for people with allergies. Comprehension is necessary.
