Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger.     WHATTA CRAP!!!!!’Not impressed!! No threat to 5 guys. Yes, it’s cheaper but it should be. Order incorrect and staff has an I don’t care attitude. Not rude, but NOT friendly. Had to ask for ketchup and the soda machine was out of syrup. Definitely a spot for the after 1am crowd that are too drunk to care about quality and taste. To see the crowds that went here on opening day is mind boggling as the 30 mins we waited was too long and not worth the wait. Chili’s and 5 guys walk on this place, swallow, McDonalds too!!! Get the drift??

    Whataburger – Largo Plaza Location (June 5, 2026) MY BAD EXPERIENCE AT WHATABURGER On Friday, June 5, 2026, I ordered a Whataburger Jr. at the Largo Plaza location. After eating part of my burger, I discovered that one of the patties was completely raw in the middle. I had already swallowed several bites before realizing it was undercooked. I immediately stopped eating and threw the rest away, but by then the damage had already been done. About two hours later, I started experiencing indigestion followed by severe abdominal cramps. The pain became so intense that it felt like labor pains. Over the next three days, the pain continued to get worse instead of better. I could barely sit down, every step I took hurt, and the pain spread throughout my abdomen. Walking was painful, sitting was painful, and I was unable to sleep normally for three nights. The pain eventually became unbearable, and I had to seek medical treatment. I had to pay for a doctor visit, purchase medication, and begin treatment after eating a burger that was visibly raw in the center. I am posting this review to warn other customers to check their food carefully before eating it. Finding a burger that raw is unacceptable. Whether this happened because of lack of attention or poor quality control, it should never have happened. Three days of pain, lost sleep, medical expenses, and medication are not something any customer should have to go through because a burger was served undercooked. I hope management takes this seriously so no one else experiences what I did. I AM REQUESTING MANAGEMENT TO TRULY WATCH YOUR COOKS BECAUSE YOU CAN REALLY HURT SOMEBODY ELSE, LIKE YOU DID ME. ANGELA

    What an outstanding experience at Whataburger in Largo! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was clean, welcoming, and running efficiently. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as ordered, but what really made this visit exceptional was the customer service. Bryan deserves special recognition. It’s rare to see a Whataburger employee so actively involved, professional, and genuinely committed to both customers and his team. Bryan went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of, and his positive attitude clearly sets the tone for the entire restaurant. In today’s world, great customer service can be hard to find, but Bryan and his team delivered it flawlessly. The attention to detail, friendly atmosphere, and dedication to customer satisfaction turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, I highly recommend visiting Whataburger in Largo Florida. Made this Texas girl proud!!!!!!!!!

    I'm honestly shocked by some of the positive reviews because I don't even know where to begin. I waited at least 30 minutes for my food. The restaurant was packed, with people waiting for dine-in, takeout, curbside, and online orders. The biggest issue wasn't even the wait—it was the complete lack of organization. There seemed to be no process in place at all. The employees looked unhappy and moved around like zombies, with no sense of urgency and no communication. Not a single person appeared engaged or willing to take charge. Is there a lack of training? Can someone call out orders? Anyone? It was frustrating and honestly hard to watch. As for the food, I won't be back. My burger looked like someone had run it over before serving it. It ended up in the trash after only a few bites. I was genuinely excited to try Whataburger for the first time, but after this experience, I definitely won't be back.

    Was on vacation for memorial day with my family when I spoted this location. I told my family my nostalgic memories and asked if they wanted to go try it. We ordered about $70 worth of food via the kiosk inside. The food arrived 30 or so minutes later with half the items missing. On top of that what was delivered was seemingly someone else's order. I complained to a few staff who told me that this location has European transfers who struggle with English and that this happens all the time. I asked for a manager and they got me Shekara. She took my receipt and assured me she would refund the order as we were tired of waiting. I went back again to ask if I needed to do anything else and everyone just kept apologizing and telling me it's taken care of. I watched the transaction on my credit card go from pending to cleared so I called the location to see what was up. I spoke to a manager John who told me without the receipt there's no way for them to look up the transaction and that I would have to file a complaint with my credit card company. This location looks to need intervention from corporate.
