Two Daughters Bagels

Opening September 11, 2026. Two Daughters Bagels is a New York–style bagel and coffee shop in Largo, Florida dedicated to traditional bagel-making methods and premium ingredients. Our bagels are made using classic techniques including cold fermentation, kettle boiling, and high-heat baking to create the crust, chew, and flavor found in the best New York bagel shops. Because water plays a critical role in authentic bagels, we use a specialized filtration and mineral balancing system designed to replicate New York City water chemistry. Each bagel is made fresh daily and served with house-made cream cheeses, generous bagel sandwiches, fresh baked goods, and specialty coffee.
