  Order a BMT and veggie sub using the app. Got 2 veggie subs. Where’s the meat? Also wrong bread but they did put the sauce on the side as requested. Tried to call the store and no one answered. So couldn’t express my disappointment. What are you supposed to do now?

  Revised May 15th 2024: Store just opened 10 minutes before I arrived. Many of the vegetables are overripe. The tomatoes are soft & dark red. The cucmbers are aging and not fresh. The lettuce is partially ok and partially darkening due to being old. The store just opened for business for the day! I expect fresh vegetables all day but especially at the start of business. The staff member argued with me about the lettuce in particular and I had to remind her that I would be eating it not her. The banana peppers were fresh so that's all I had her add to my sandwich. Not as wonderful as it used to be. Previously: Staff is friendly. Prep station is kept clean. Vegetables are fresh not over ripe as they are at some locations. Yum!

  Whent today sar 12:05 to make 3 orders and only one employee she was nice and tried to help everyone at the same place “ heard her sending text to manager “ ( if you need me just call me ) and she did , was 6 people waiting and the manager no where to be found . 5 stars is for her ..
