Most recently, I ordered a BBQ BACON cheese burger- I receive a cold cheese burger with bbq sauce that looked like my toddler made it. No crispy onions or bacon, how do you forget the ingredients that make it a specialty burger (carelessness). I just threw it in the trash. Ordered 2 kids meals and had one fry and one chocolate milk missing as well. This sort of thing has happened from this location previously, they ALWAYS Forget one part of a kids meal, wether it’s the fries or the drink- have also forgotten whole burgers. I guess I did not learn my lesson that the employees do not care whatsoever about delivery orders. I cannot speak for inside the restaurant because we normally order from UberEats. We are done with SmashBurger for good, at least this store.

Very knowledgeable, very friendly and the food was amazing! Everything was fresh & hot off the grill, made to order. From the time I placed my order to the time, I was handed my food. I may be waited eight minutes or less… and I’ve got to admit their french fries are now in my top three in the Tampa Bay area. New fav burger joint for sure, and their milkshakes was looked so good. I will definitely be trying one next time. 🏆🥇
- BGblackn gold71Aug 22, 20265.01st time trying Smashburger and we were not disappointed, the smashfries are awesome, BBQ Brisket was excellent and I'd recommended a knife and fork, my wife had the bacon, we're back today as was so good and Kendrick and Noah assisted us with any issues I highly recommend stopping here
