  I had a piece of egg shell scrap the top of my mouth and my mouth is hurting ive never had this happen this is crazy

  I just ordered a Happy Meal for my child with an orange juice, not only it tasted horrible but also had BUGS all inside. This is ridiculous, horrible, unacceptable and they should 100% BE SHUTDOWN. Never coming here ever again, and you shouldnt either unless you want to get sick for the next two weeks.

  There are plenty other better ones than this in the morning. Their morning staff are very rude, very slow, and it’s not worth it. I understand they are busy in the mornings, but that doesn’t mean you ignore everyone. Or when I placed a pick up order, I pick expect to pick it up at the time it says it will be ready but Susan, the old lady working the front, sharply says that the people who just ordered in line are ahead of me since they were in store first.. meanwhile, i see my food sitting there getting cold. And they act like you are the problem. I’ve tried them out a handful of times because I understand people have bad days, but this McDonald’s, and especially Susan, is consistently rude and slow. Not a great way to start your morning.

  Won't stop again. I always buy something when I stop to use their restroom. Usually a milkshake. They lock their restroom doors. ... They did not have enough help available to open the door while she was the only person to operate the whole restaurant. 3 employees maybe. I guess it made us safer but how often does someone accidently pee in the floor?
