  It's too dirty. Crumbs and food scraps are everywhere—on the floor, on the seats. Everything is sticky and filthy.

  This place used to be sooo good. I don’t know if there was a change in management recently, but something definetly has changed.

  What kind of place forgets to put another burger on a big Mac? I won't be returning to this location if they cant even make a simple plain big Mac with both patties of meat

  Ordered a simple mobile order and for some reason they have problems with mobile orders after 9pm, at least that was the excuse they gave. If you ask me they don't know what they are doing, that is of course my opinion. So I had to cancel the order and come into the store and reorder the meal. Overall a bad experience.

  This location has seriously gone down in customer service. The drive through is absolutely the worst. They're never seems to be an organized system in place for orders. My total wait time this morning was 17 minutes and I did have to get moved up to the final window to wait on a large iced coffee. What appeared to be the manager on duty was rude with the employee at the middle window , right in front of customers. I visit this location daily for my morning coffee and breakfast sandwich and love using the mobile app to save money.But I will not be revisiting this location , and I will share my unpleasant visit with everybody that will listen. It's hard time's out there for everybody.And this is a cheap, good breakfast, but I would rather spend my money for an expensive chick-fil-a breakfast than put up with the nonsense at this place.
