I have literally been to this location three times. All three times I've been rushed. You can't look at the menu because they never have the car in front of you pull up far enough. But I have been advised twice that maybe if I don't know what I want I should get out of my car and walk up to the window. But sometimes people have handicaps to where they can't just easily get out of their car and walk up to their window. And no I don't want you to let me know what your favorite on the menu is. Maybe I just want you to have the car in front of me pull up far enough to where I can sit there while you take their order and look at the menu. And the one time that I did get out of my car and walk up to the window the gentleman at the window was very rude and had no answers to any of my questions but wanted to rush me again because he had other customers behind me and all I wanted was a damn chai. For the newest hott coffee place in Pinellas County you guys are really just the one star overpriced Starbucks Don't know what it's called but I asked for one of their sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches that come on like the bun and she gave me a chorizo wrap that spicy that I can't eat I asked for some Eagle drink on the menu iced and she gave it to me Frozen also not what I asked for also asked for no caramel drizzle and got it anyways literally a one-star one star atmosphere one star food one star service

So glad you have brought your amazing coffee into Florida near Dunedin! I was hooked the first time I tried a bananna bread latte in Gresham OR! Beyond the best coffee around! Today being my first time to try the one on East Bay and I will definitely be back! Jacob was beyond friendly and gave me a great idea for a cinnamon soft top to go on my favorite bananna bread latte! SO DELICIOUS! Jacob made the experience warm and welcoming! See you soon-Thanks Dutch for amazing coffee!

I love the Golden Eagle Coffee with a soft top ("whip cream") It's fun to go through Dutch Brothers Coffee. They have people that zigzag through the line and take your order and make sure everything goes smoothly. They play great music to the drive thru area on speakers. They are friendly and the coffee is good!

The coffee is never made the same at this location. It’s usually either too sweet, and I mean nothing but sugar is tasted, or it’s very runny. Depending on who makes the coffee it tastes different. Every time. The only time I actually taste coffee is when I ask for an extra shot of espresso (which is obviously an up charge) Now the staff- it doesn’t matter whether they are 16 or 35 they all act aloof. It’s like they forgot this is a BUSINESS. They don’t run this Dutch bros like any other one, I’ve heard this from multiple people who go here…. When I asked them what’s up or when they are going to start actually implementing the Dutch bros “rules” I keep being told different reasons- 1. they are new 2. The staff is young and/or new or 3 this Dutch bros gets really busy. And to that I could respond with- All of the Dutch bros I’ve been to have been built within the last year, the staff is ALWAYS young hipsters, and they are usually almost always busy. They never run as unprofessionally as this location does. I keep trying to give them a chance, as I do typically love Dutch bros but I’m not going to this location anymore. I would save your almost $10 and go somewhere else. I will be reaching out to the headquarters about my most recent experience because the manager was extremely rude, entitled, and was looking for a fight rather than a resolution/happy customer. That’s not how you run a business, and it’s not a surprise this location runs so horribly when they have managers like that! When I asked about the line situation I was given an iffy answer by the young lady who took my order, but she told to ask the inside manager and she gave me a free coffee, so her customer service skills are pretty on point! I didn’t even ask for the manager when I got up to the window because I thought to myself, ok it’s whatever I don’t want to get her in any trouble. So after arriving at the window and confirming my order I was then approached by the manager. He asked what the problem was, I told him how I asked the girl, he proceeded to be extremely defensive and I was told that I should appreciate the free coffee she gave me because “I hurt her feelings”. And was told to “have the day I deserve” Are you actually serious? 😐 A manager says this to a customer who didn’t ask, let alone demand, a free coffee. Simply asked a question about when the line was going to run the way it’s supposed to, because different times they have skipped me. On top of this he actually was acting like he wasn’t going to give me the coffee I ordered, and had intentions of paying the $9 for u til I was given a free one, he gave it to me bc he noticed I was completely baffled by his behavior, and said I honestly won’t be coming here again. I’ll now be spending my money at other coffee shops or simply saving my money and making delicious, less sugary coffee at home. Saving my Dutch bros cravings for when I’m around one that actually appreciates its clientele but more importantly runs like a business should.
