  I’ve seen Mason on both my trips, and he had suggested such great drinks for me and the kids! Customer service and hours are amazing. All there soft top flavor so many options.

The moment I walked up to the window with my dog, Poochie, the staff’s friendliness was immediately apparent. The young lady at the window noticed my sweet chiweenie and lit up, calling her adorable — and within seconds, the entire Dutch Bros team inside cheered loud enough for the whole parking lot to hear. It was a genuinely heartwarming moment that set the tone for the rest of my visit.As I looked inside, the shop appeared extremely clean, well‑organized, and clearly well‑maintained. Being my first time there, I wasn’t familiar with the menu, but all I had to do was describe the type of drink I was craving. Without hesitation, she knew exactly what I meant and introduced me to the “911.” She added a touch of extra sweetness — I’m not sure what it was, but it made the drink absolutely perfect. Her ability to understand what I wanted just from a description was impressive. My other half ordered a dark chocolate mocha with extra drizzle, and she loved it just as much. Both drinks were exceptional, and the quality speaks for itself.If I could give Dutch Bros a 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. The coffee is phenomenal, the service is even better, and the staff deserves two enthusiastic thumbs up. We will definitely be returning. And for fellow pet owners — they do offer pup cups for your fur babies, which is a great touch.Highly recommended.

  My husband and I live locally and frequent this Dutch Bros often. We have always had a great experience here. We went again tonight to get drinks and Sarah was very helpful in helping my husband pick a new drink flavor and was just very nice and cheerful.

  The girls were prompt and helpful smiling the whole time it was nice The coffee's were fenaminal won't go anywhere else for my caffeine fix And they had doggie cups

  Waiting in line behind 1 car for 5 minutes. Another car pulls up and the same girl taking the car in front of ours’ order goes to take their order. Yeah they may have methods for doing things but when there’s 1 other car in the drive thru why would you go and take the order of the person that just pulled up and not the one that has been waiting. Did not bother to stay and continue to wait longer we just drove off after this and will not return.
