- PBPerry BiondelloAug 13, 20261.0On 8/11 at 6 pm I picked up an order that I paid for hours earlier. 1 box of Joe and two dozen assorted donuts When I arrived, it was not ready. They didn’t have enough coffee to fill up the box of Joe because I watched them shaking the last drop out of this decanter and they told me that it was 10 cups, but it was only 5.5. The donuts were I don’t wanna say stale, but they were on their way like they’ve been sitting all day. This was $58. I will never go back to Dunkin’ Donuts again.

The doughnut (Boston Kreme) itself was super dry with hardly any filling at all. The three kids working the store were very unprofessional. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off as it seemed they were having computer issues, didnt greet us or acknowledge us for a few mins. Eventually one of the workers annoyingly asked how she could help us. The only positive thing was she gave us the two doughnuts for free. But they sucked so it didnt really change my experience. Ill find a small business next time.
