It is first implied and always by default, a hot coffee. Unless otherwise specified even google knows this light and sweet means extra cream extra sugar. A turbo shot means a shot of espresso. I googled all three, just for the hell of it. And google knows how to order coffee, but you're people that work there, don't have a clue. And they have an attitude that black lady at the window, she can kiss it....

They forgot part of my order, made mistakes, and instead of fixing the situation professionally, they were very disrespectful. I understand that rushes can be stressful, but customers shouldn’t have to deal with poor service and disrespect because the employees are overwhelmed. The whole experience was frustrating, and the customer service definitely needs improvement.
