I had never been there before and the person who served me and got my bowls was Gabby and she was absolutely amazing very friendly and her line looked amazing. Miriam was my cashier and was very respectful and kind and I had such a great experience I will absolutely come here again time and time again for lunch

There was 3 people just chatting while a new guy tried and mostly failed to wrap a burrito and the counter was covered in food debris. The guy was so new he didn't know what the protein options were and had to ask me which salsa was medium. Hot food appeared to be under temp with is a real hazard, too. I used to work at a Chipotle and this is absolutely not being run properly.

Every now and then i give this location another shot because it’s right by my house and every time I’m disappointed. This is the last time. The food is bland, the meat is always like chewing a brick and almost every piece of chicken has chewy, gristle, or bone in it. I don’t know where this location gets their food from but they need to do better. I will indeed take the drive to there east bay or Ulmerton location cuz those are never a miss.
