  Best chipotle experience I’ve had by far. Staff was on point friendly and very experienced. Food was amazing. The cuts on the meat were the most important thing and they were on point. This night crew AUGUST 16 2026 was the best.

  Ordered 2 items. Extremely messy!!! The burrito bowl got slide through the sour cream that missed the bowl when scooping it. Asked for side of guac put it on the bowl. The burrito is terribly wrapped and wasn’t completely wrapped with the foil to keep it warm. All while what appeared to be the supervisor watching. 4 people “working” 1 person who appeared to be very new doing all the work. I will go out of my way to go to a different chipotle- not the first bad experience at this location.

  The level of customer service here is actually shocking. I expect pretty poor service at Chipotle, but this place takes it to another level. There was one employee on the food line and a line of 7 people waiting while he decided to ignore all of us and re-fill food bins that weren’t even empty. It honestly was so dismissive I thought it was a joke. If I had time to go elsewhere, I would have happily left. I will surely not be back. Absolute joke in all the ways.

  Whomever took my order was adding things that I didnt say, grabbed the garbage can and walked over, removed the mixed veggies into the garbage. Then with the same gloves, they picked up my bowl and kept going as if they weren't just holding a garbage can. I asked for them to change their gloves and after they changed without washing hands, then continued on the order, I pointed at the medium salsa and they were going to put something else random, telling me that I keep pointing at the wrong things. I told them, no, thats not the case.

  A few weeks ago I placed an order for pick up through the drive through. I showed 8 mins after my order is “ready” and said she was working on it now. 5 mins later she comes back and says she’s waiting on steak and to pull back around. I said there’s 3 other cars behind me. She said nothing. The car behind me go their food no problem. I proceeded to wait 40 mins in line for my food. When I arrive to the window they tried to give me my food which was by then cold. The evening staff are very rude and need to learn customer service skills. I have not been back to that location since
