I was at the counter waiting to place my order, but the lone cashier decided to have a 5 minute conversation with a customer who had already paid for his order. After a little difficulty placing my order with him, he took our name and said it would be brought out to us. We waited for at least 10 minutes seated in the dining room, but no order was delivered. A passing employee said she would find our order and bring it out. More time passed, but still no food. I got tired of waiting and went up to the counter to flag down a manager. He looked around and discovered that our order was mistakenly placed in the DoorDash pickup area. Since so much time had passed and the food was cold, he had to put our order in to be remade. After we finally got our food, the rest of our group was already done eating and had to wait on us. After our poor experience here I don't see us returning.
