  Worst!!! I ordered online and went to the location to pick up my order, once i returned home the icing for the cinnamon sticks was not in the box. Called and spoke to someone who stated there “the manager” and can credit me or make it over. I picked making it over. I went back to the location my daughter went inside and got the order and we went back home, 2 mins home and my daughter tells me the cinnamon sticks are hard. I get the box and sure enough the cinnamon sticks are hard as a freakin rock. You couldn’t even rip them apart. Now at this point I’m very upset because the customer service is definitely at zero. Called the same location and told her and let her know I am pissed and it’s not fair I have to drive here for the third time and the customer service is not right and unacceptable for food to be given to me hard as a rock damn. She stated you won’t let me talk and hung up. I went to the location and advised the female I want a refund she said oh your not getting a refund til after I close out for tonight and it will take 10 days. WTH! I told her so just make it over she said no I’m nothing making nothing for you talking to me like that. I told her I should be saying way more due to I spent my money and been driving back and forth to this facility over inappropriate things from a restaurant! It’s unacceptable! She toss the box in the garbage and I went outside and contacted the non emergency number for an officer. The officer arrived and he agreed with how wrong that was and watched the video of the altercation inside the store. I did a report and was able to get corporate number which I will be contacting Monday. I as well wrote chat on Pizza Hut and let them know about the issue. I called another Pizza Hut and spoke to a manager and advised them of the issue/concern and the person advised me the women is telling me false information. He proceeded to tell me yes we clear out everything at night but it does not take 10 days to receive your money. It should only take 1-2 business days. The situation need to be handled immediately!

  Only customer here order done 10 minutes ago wont even ask if i need help had to interupt them cleaning and they looked pissed to hand me my order

  I initially came here for a bite of nostalgia, but found a diamond in the rough. It's nice to see one of the older-style Pizza Huts still being maintained. I can't say if it was due to the early time of day, or a lack of community involvement, but it was rather empty beyond a few carry-out customers. The two staff members that I saw were very kind and friendly and saw to my every need. A master-class in service professionalism. The food was excellent and well-done. However much these two are paid, it's not enough. I think higher wages and better marketing would give a local franchise like this one a chance to show its true beauty. I don't know what happened in the past to cause such negative reviews from others, but it seems to be fixed now. So, get it while it's hot!!!

  Pizza hut is my favorite pizza brand. this by far the prettiest pizza ive seen in my 28 years. The quality 10/10 the taste 10/10 the presentation 10/10 i overall love it. Shout out to the day manager
