This time, the cashier (drive thru) didn’t apply the coupon I gave her. I noticed the total seemed off, but I was in a rush and had a large order, so I didn’t question it at the moment. To make matters worse, when I got home, I realized my order didn’t include any sauces at all. It was frustrating, especially considering how consistent Chick-fil-A usually is with both accuracy and customer service. Overall, this location really needs to get it together. Attention to detail and professionalism matter, and even one of the employees didn’t present themselves as professionally as I would expect.
