  We just left here at 830pm on Oct 3 and that was genuinely the best customer service at any fast food restaurant we've been to for the past few years. The lovely Black lady who brought us our food could not have been nicer. We brought our dogs through for an evening treat since our big Great Dane is in his final weeks due to health issues and she brought their cheese sticks and pup cups very fast with the nicest attitude. The other gentleman working was really nice too with a nice smile for multiple people while we were there. Sonic food is what it is but getting our order in a timely manner from kind people made a really small and kind of sad errand into a really nice outing. Thank you.

  We are patient people, but almost every single time we go here we get a sandwich for no cheese because one of us has a dairy allergy. More than just stomach issues if she has it. We repeat ourselves and get reassured they heard us. We even say it's a dairy allergy... And yet, somehow it shows up with cheese on it. It's beyond aggravating and their could be severe consequences for some people. That should be taken seriously. Oh... And to top it off this time, we found a hair in our food! Come on... Guess it's a other place we will have to write off. Good luck to anyone that tries them at this rate.

  Use to love going to this location, but something has changed lately. Of my complaints, I must say waiting 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes when the app says it will be ready in 5... This has happened on multiple recent occasions, and the recent one came with a foul attitude employee.

  When we first arrived, the server over the speaker was rather rude and then balantly lied to us for the shake machine being on service. Wife walked over to the window, we got our shakes and the server at the window was perplexed that we were given such information. Who ever runs this place, should seriously consider swapping part of the staff urgently.
