- JHJ. HowardJun 24, 20261.0Zero customer service. Meatless tacos, but at least the lettuce was fresh. Person who gave us our drink cups put the receipt into the cup, unbelievable! Incorrect change given. Would not recommend this particular Taco Bell!

- DDDaniel DallaireJun 21, 20261.0This is the 1st time in my life that I felt compelled to leave a review and it really sucks that it has to be my neighborhood Taco Bell but the two lady’s working on Sunday night 6/21 gave the worst service I have ever seen in my life and I work in retail. They gave me the wrong order and refused to make it right. They said I told them a #9 which I didn’t even look at the menu nor do I know what the #9 is, I get the same thing from Taco Bell every time I go, a chicken quesadilla meal. They told me they won’t replace it because it was my fault. Unfortunately I will never pay for another meal there again. Definitely a let down because I live in Connerton and actually enjoy Taco Bell. Hope the $11 was worth the loss of a ton of money in the future (I have 6 kids and we eat fast food a lot!) I had to go buy McDonald’s right after, which has always done a good job overall.

When I was speaking to her. they need to send them to get class how to treat the customers. and this is not the first thing that happened. So the rest of the stuff it was good. She was Working in Wendy it was the same thing very rude
