Only giving a 5star for LALA.. she’s the best and seems to be the main one running the show here.

Placed a mobile pickup. Waited almost 15 minutes past the pickup time, and the store wasn't even busy. No apologies. No acknowledgement. The food was cold also (like every time). I think I'm done coming here and I'll be glad when Chipotle is finished next door.

This is how my food was given to me today. The food should at least be wrapped properly

Mobile order. Waited over 30 minutes in line just to leave because we were still 5 cars behind. Please never go here.

Staff closed up 30 minutes early and refused to serve me. Stated, and I quote, “we didn’t think anyone would come this late so we put everything away.” Like lol what, you didn’t think someone would come during your business hours? Kept giggling about it like it was funny and had music blasting in the background. Very unprofessional, but I guess you can’t expect much from night shift Taco Bell employees. It’s 1:30, you close at 2AM for a reason, not when you feel like it. Absolutely nuts. Update your hours at the very least so you don’t have people driving 20 minutes away to the nearest open Taco Bell that isn’t even open. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
