  Would love to talk to a manager or owner about our dinner tonight. Family of 5 with 3 young children. First off we were the only people in the establishment and the place was so darn filthy. Sticky floors, trash everywhere. The trash cans were all overfilled, it looked like no one had attempted to clean all day long. How does this happen when it’s empty? How is no one trying to keep the place clean? We had to wipe down the high chairs ourselves with our own wipes as they were disgusting. When we went to get our drinks the fountain machine was literally out of 80 percent of the drinks and the ones that were available were flat and shot out black gunk. Ended up just drinking water after pouring out our drinks at least 5-6 times. The hotdogs were completely torn apart and more like a hotdog sandwich. My burger had more mayo than cheese and was just so sloppy and disgusting. The Cajun fries looked more like seasoning with a side of fries . It was inedible how much seasoning was thrown on them. Here is a pic after I shook as much off as I could. If we didn’t have toddlers with us we would have asked for a refund but time was not on our side. In this economy spending 66 dollars on mediocre fast food is really a bummer. I get teens and young adults are working here but have some pride in your workplace. Sweep and mop the floors between rushes, clean the table, make sure the fountain drinks are working. Little things.

  I placed an online order for four burgers, and when I arrived to pick them up, I asked whether the buns contained milk or eggs because my son has allergies to both. The employee immediately provided me with an ingredient list so I could check for myself. Unfortunately, I realized the buns did contain both milk and eggs. Even though this was completely my mistake and not the restaurant’s, she was incredibly apologetic and immediately offered to remake my son’s burger without the bun. What impressed me even more was that she prioritized the replacement so we didn’t have to wait long, despite the restaurant being busy. As a parent of a child with food allergies, having an employee take your concerns seriously and go out of their way to help means so much. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure my son had something safe to eat. That level of customer service deserves recognition. Thank you for turning my mistake into such a positive experience!

  We ordered for online pickup at 12:15, checked in at 12:09 and got our food about 20 minutes later. The restaurant wasn't even crowded, the worker were either standing still or moving super slow. When we finally got our lunch, the fries were too salty to eat, genuinely they were to the point of being inedible. It's been a while since I tried this location and at this point I think I'm done for good.

  i've been to plenty of 5 guys but this is now my new favorite store! I was there Monday night 8/17 Kenzie (who took my order) was very accommodating and very attentive to the whole store.
