  Workers aren’t compensating. Went in there to see if I could get my birthday reward even though I didn’t get a email for some reason even though I’ve purchased here before. He said if there is no email he can’t do anything but I was willing to show my ID. Oh well, just thought it was weird how they didn’t want to resolve anything and just stared at me. Don’t like the vibes

  Kahwa coffee is the smoothest.I love their signature Lavender-Vanilla Lattes. Special nod to their focus on really dense foam. Thick enough to last through a 20 minute 'coffee talk'. Also a fan of their tasty croissant breakfast sandwich options and savory Parmesan-Leek pastry. Yum! Always new art gallery work inside and friendly faces behind the counter

  I’ve been to Kahwa Coffee many times and really enjoy the coffee, which is why this visit stood out. I ordered a cappuccino and asked for vanilla on the side, but it was added inside, and there was confusion about the size. The drink was remade, and I tipped $4. We also ordered sandwiches “with everything,” but they came without tomatoes. While we were eating, the manager came out, was dismissive and rude, and the staff overall felt very unemotional. He questioned my cash tip and told me I needed to come back and pay for the larger coffee they remade—even though the mistake wasn’t mine. I went and paid, and also had to mention the missing tomatoes. It felt like a scene was made over something small, which took away from what was supposed to be a nice morning with my husband. He did give me a free drink card, but the situation could have been handled much better. I still like the coffee, but the service experience this time was disappointing.

  This high class cafe knows exactly how to make a coffee. I like my mochas on the sweeter side and requested that it tastes like a frappe and they delivered! The barista told me the moment I ordered that their coffee beverages are not on the sweeter side. Which I appreciate the honesty. The flavor was out of this world. And their beans are locally sourced! Plus! Their cups are so fun.
