  My girlfriend got food after work yesterday excited as could be to get chipotle since she loves it but barely eats it Come to find out an hour after she ate it she’s throwing up like no other now it’s the next day and she’s still throwing up I wouldn’t ever go back to this location and I recommend everyone else to stay away aswell unless you want food poisoning and crappy service!! Will be sticking to poppos from now on atleast they don’t cause food poisoning!!

  This could be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They were literally out of pretty much everything on the line and nobody waiting. There should be no reason why they’re out of food when they’re not stacked up with customers. The people in here are not very friendly. As I paid for my meal and got the cold shoulder, I turned to get my drink and there’s no ice in the machine and the entire drink bar is filthy and full of old cups. The carbonated drink dispenser looked dirty. Someone needs to go in there, fire a bunch of people, and start all over.

  It would be great if they could have the food ready at the time you set it to be ready for. Also it may help for you to utilize your rack to put orders on instead of letting them stack up while continuing other orders that aren’t ready. That way when you walk up to get your food or ask if it’s ready, you don’t have a disgruntled customer that’s a grown man cursing at you and belittling you for “cutting” in line when simply standing next to that person while waiting to be approached by a staff member.

  i come to this chipotle at least once a week, and only usually in the afternoon because of my schedule. i had come around 7pm, and noticed a woman a few people in front of me had ordered barbacoa. by the time i went up there was nothing left of the barbacoa and it’s really the only protein option i like. the employee estimated a 5-10 minute wait for me so i sat down in the dining room and waited. while i think the employee should have called it to the cooks a bit earlier, the cashier (may have been a manager or key) took care of the bowl for me and only charged me for chips and queso. i wasn’t mad, even! i just politely told them i’d wait since i’ve sampled every protein option and barbacoa is my fav. i was honestly having a rough day so it really cheered me up. plus, i only waited five minutes! it made my day, so thanks!

  This location has been consistently disappointing. I've given it multiple chances because I assumed maybe it was just a bad day, a different shift, or an isolated issue, but every visit has been the same. The restaurant is consistently dirty, the staff appears uninterested, and the overall atmosphere feels like a group of high schoolers hanging out rather than employees who care about customer service. My most recent visit was the final straw. At 9:00 PM, there was no ice available for customers. While we were eating, one of the employees went into the back, filled his own cup with ice, and made himself a drink without making any effort to refill the ice for paying customers. That perfectly sums up the level of service here. The barbacoa was empty, and when I asked if they could refill it or grab more from the to-go line, I was simply told, "No." I settled for the chicken instead, but it was so fatty that I could barely eat it. I also ordered guacamole, but instead of replacing the empty pan, I was given the scraped-up leftovers that didn't even amount to a full scoop. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were dirty, the kitchen and serving areas looked unclean, and the entire restaurant felt neglected. After giving this location several opportunities to improve, I've reached the point where I won't be coming back. There are too many other restaurants that take more pride in cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
