They sold me a fountain drink without telling me the ice machine was broken. Maybe 4 pieces of chicken total. Have given them a couple chances. I’m never going back.
- EHElijah Hunt6 days ago1.0It really sucks to drive all the way into town for Chipotle only to find that they're almost out of everything and it's only noon. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location either. It seems like every time I come here, there's some kind of issue, whether it's missing ingredients, long waits, or poor preparation. Running out of multiple items in the middle of the lunch rush is unacceptable for a restaurant of this size. Management needs to do a better job of keeping this location stocked and operating smoothly. Very frustrating experience.

Kind of just made me a little disgusting. I’m sure the girl at the Food Lion seen the look on my face when I was like grossed out by that.
- GGGabiJun 11, 20261.0Terribly managed location. They’re constantly out of basic ingredients, even at 6 PM during the dinner rush. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s every time I visit. The staff seems disorganized, and management clearly isn’t doing its job. They can’t stay prepared during special events they had plenty of advance notice for. If a restaurant can’t stay stocked during peak hours or planned events, something is seriously wrong with how it’s being run and owned.
