  The food was terrible. The nacho fries tasted off. My grandpa got the coleslaw and said that it did not taste like coleslaw and coleslaw is one of his favorite dishes at KFC and I got a grilled cheese burrito and they completely messed up my order cuz when I asked for no sour cream and no chipotle sauce they put it on there anyways even though I'm allergic to sour cream so I couldn't eat my burrito. The service wasn't too terrible. It was bad but at least we got service because it was super empty in there. The atmosphere was also really bad. Something smelled like poo on the floor. The whole place wreaked of something bad and it's not a nice area at all. A lot of dangerous people around the area because it's in an older area in town. Would never recommend going here. Save yourself for trouble and don't go to this location

  One of my favorite things at KFC now is there pot pie it's amazing and I love it with their coleslaw

  I just ordered from here and they said my food was stolen. And I had to jump through a bunch of hoop to get my money back how about next time make sure your handing out the right order to the right person it not like they can just take it you have to give it to them

  The $7 kfc box is not worth the money. You get 3ounces of fries. The chicken slider is the size of 1/2 of a hot dog bun is all. The drink is ok and the nuggets are good, but not near as much food as is shown on TV advertising!

  First I just want to say that this is the local Taco Bell in my area so I used to go to it all the time and I've had no problems previous besides simple ones with the food or just stupid problems. I've always came back after that and maybe that was my mistake this time. I ordered food off of the Taco Bell app for delivery. The wait was super long over an hour and when the driver showed up he only brought drinks and no food at all. He had me look into the other customers back to see if it was my food and I told him no. He said he would go back to the store and grab the food if I can call the store and see if the food was still there. I called the store the store said that's fine he can come and grab it he just never grabbed it in the first place. Needless to say the driver never came back so I called the store and asked if I can come and pick it up myself. I kept asking for the manager nobody wanted to give me the manager on the phone and they told me that yes I can come and get my food. They never said anything about they were closing and I told them that I was on my way. When I pull up there the lobby was closed so I had to go through the drive-thru and I'm on a bicycle. I pull up to the window and one of the employees is standing outside and said I'm sorry we're closed ma'am. I responded with I'm the one that called in for the order that I never received for delivery and I was told to come up here. He said he's not going to lie and that there are probably going to ignore me. Which they did, well the general manager did. Another worker walked out the back and screamed at me that they were closed. I knocked on the window trying to get the manager's attention and she just walked away from the window. So I knocked again trying to get her attention. She opened up the window and threw a bucket of sanitizer water at me, she hit me cause me to bleed, I have scratches on my face, on my arm, and I am bruised where the bucket hit me at. I attempted to call the police but they said that that wasn't an emergency situation and try to connect me to an non-emergency department. No manager running this store or any store should be able to put their hands on the customers especially when the customer did not do anything to you. I don't know if she was having a bad night, I don't know if she was having a bad day, I don't know if her life is just miserable but that was very uncalled for and now I'm talking to the appropriate people and she is losing her job! She caused over $1,000 in damages to my pair of glasses that I had on. Not only that, those glasses were the only thing that I had left from my deceased mother.
