  Who ever the manager is here needs some serious coaching on how to speak to the customers I will be reporting this place. Never coming back here again yall make sure to go to the one in riverview they never fail.

  Chance at the Dave Robbin’s location is doing a phenomenal job. He was approached by a very disorderly person and handled himself with great composure. He also delivered our food to us with a smile, he was very gracious and kind. Major kudos!! Great job, Chance!

  I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews. Much less bad ones, but oh my god? I paid 21 dollars on Doordash for a "large crispy tenders" combo with tater tots and not only were my tots just kind of thrown into the bag like they'd been chucked into a garbage can, but all 5 of my tenders were completely minuscule. Most of them dried up and burnt, like some sort of chicken jerky. I feel ripped off and scammed. I'd just gotten home from the hospital after a nasty injury and figured I'd treat myself, since I cannot stand for long enough to cook. Big mistake! I am now 56 dollars poorer and not even full about it. I really don't order fast food expecting 5 star grub, or anything. Even the strewn tots and complete lack of straws for my drinks would have been forgivable if the chicken tenders weren't so violently, offensively poor quality. If you order from this Sonic, save yourself the rage of trying to enjoy a chicken tender. Just get a corndog.

  Ordered a single burger on mobile app. I’ve counted 14 vehicles go through the drive through after I checked in. 10+ minutes waiting on a burger I pre-ordered in the app. Absolute insanity when they have so many workers in there.

  First time there in a few years. It has gone downhill since my last visit. I walked in to order and waited at the counter for 5 minutes as there was no one around and there were other people waiting as well. A girl finally appeared from the back and looked like she landed on Mars when she came to the front to take orders. I ordered and my son had ordered through the app. My son had a bigger order than I did but it literally took 20 mins to get our food and they were separate orders. The girl stayed in the back the whole time after she took everyone’s order then other people come in to order as we are waiting for our food and she is no where to be found for at least 10 minutes. The sad part is they weren’t even busy. I will never come back to this location and management should be absolutely appalled in their workers ability to handle customers and the customer experience. I would be very ashamed as management. It was a very horrible experience to say the least.
