  Pizza hut delivered my pizza and it was the wrong pizza. The manager confirmed my order and said I need to bring it back to the store or she won't make the correct pizza. The pizza was delivered so they should pick it up and make the correct order. They have lost a customer as this was not the first time they made an order wrong. I will never recommend this store to anyone and will discourage anyone to order from them.

  Called for delivery, order a large meat lovers, large cheese, and bread sticks. They didn't send the bread sticks but the door dash girl was nice about it and said they would send them. I said no problem and took the pizzas. Called the store because the bread sticks is all my son wanted. The woman who took my order answered and I told her yall forgot the bread sticks, admittedly she caught an attitude. Told her no big deal just need my bread sticks and she said she can't deliver only bread sticks, I told her it wasn't just bread sticks when I ordered, she responded basically with a " dont care" so I told her I wasn't paying for the incomplete order. She said she would refund the bread sticks only. I told her I would bring back because I wasn't paying for it and she said I was threatening her and would call the police. At this point I realized I was dealing with a incompetent person and just left it alone. I will deal with corporate or whoever I need to. It was only bread sticks but the way she handled the situation was completely over the line.

  I was trying to order and it took me 45 minutes and I couldn’t order through online so I decided to call for the especial that they have any pizza up to seven toppings for 9.99 dollars but in my heart there was a sensation that I will repent but even though I did it and went to the store in Florida. Ave here in tampa and the pizza was ready before time but I noticed a wear smile in the guy who gave me pizza and even he open the door for me before I left the store and for my surprise I open the box in my car and honestly what a deception totally was almost with out no cheese even in some areas there’s no cheese when I ask for doble cheese and the the chicken and the onions and the peppers was very very small amount at that point I was not sure to eat it but I did and it has no flavor at all, so for the people who think it can be a solution to purchase a pizza from Pizza Hut I will recommend to change your spectatives I consider that Pizza Hut is better especially when you find a local that can do their best I find this little local Pizza Hut in bush boulevard tampa is much better than in others places
