The pizza was clearly missing the extra chicken portion that I specifically requested and paid for. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when a customer pays for additional toppings, they should actually receive them. This is especially disappointing because the order was clearly listed on the receipt. To me, this is poor customer service and attention to detail. I expected better from Papa Johns. I hope management takes this seriously and makes sure customers receive exactly what they order and pay for.

The pizza is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious, and my orders have been prepared quickly and accurately. The ingredients taste fresh, the toppings are generous, and the crust always comes out just right. What really stands out to me is the combination of great food, fast service, and excellent value, especially with the specials they offer. The staff works hard to get orders out quickly while still maintaining quality, and that absolutely deserves recognition. This has become one of my go-to places when I’m craving pizza. If you’re in the South Lakeland area and looking for a reliable place for a hot, fresh pizza at a good price, I definitely recommend this location. Keep up the great work! 🍕
