  Nice food, good service and definitely need to promote caleb. He’s so good at his job and he’s js peak at making sandwiches and wiping the floor. I’m satisfied.

  I wish I could give zero stars but here we are. This used to be my favorite Panera but ever since my husband went inside & saw one of his exes from a long time ago, EVERY time he orders for us from here, SOMETHING is wrong. It’s always stupid, petty stuff too- forgot sauces that we PAID for, left out ingredients we wanted but put in the ones we SPECIFICALLY asked NOT to get. At first I didn’t even bother worrying about it, it was just 2 orders since but now it’s going on FIVE DIFFERENT ORDERS AT FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES. BUT if I order on my account or his mom orders from hers, they are ALWAYS correct-like literally missing nothing at all & has more stuff than we needed. & yet the common variable, every time his orders messed up, is this girl is always there working to-go. Hmmm. Do better. She’s lucky I haven’t found spit in anything but WHO KNOWS when it’s soups & salads & stuff. I won’t be coming back here AT ALL. Horrible.

  So it’s been a great while since I’ve been in a Panera Bread but I decided to stop in for some soup. Now I see why I have stayed away. I ordered a BOWL of soup and they greatly disappointed! paid $ 8.87 for a bowl of soup and a small baguette piece of bread. The bowl of soup was just a tiny bit bigger than the CUP of soup. They ended up making things right in the end :)
