  tried to order at the kiosk. told me i couldnt pay cashless and i had to pay at the counter. that was a mistake. there was 7 people standing in the lobby trying to get the attention of employees and they were effortlessly standing there not helping anyone out, only attending to drive thru. the kids play place was very dirty and hadnt been cleaned in a while. havent ever really had an issue here but multiple people were coming in complaining of waiting 30+ mins in curbside, delivery order, or they didnt get what they asked for. fix it. hire more people and attend to your lobby customers please.

  I had the worst experience ever at this Mcdonald’s this morning the manager/shift lead or whomever she is was wearing the blue collard shirt with short curly hair and a piercing and the regular team member really push me to my limit. I was very upset and said some things I probably shouldn’t but the fact she thought it was funny was very unprofessional she didn’t try to diffuse the situation she carried it on was very distasteful.I been going to that Mcdonald’s almost 7 years and I have never had a issue like today but from now on i’ll take my business to walt loop rd Mcdonald’s but those 2 employees especially need some retraining on how to handle paying consumers not a good look for the company more of liability then a asset.

  Just got a DoorDash from here. I call to speak with management and a girl pick up saying she the manager and her name is Tiffany. You could tell from the launch she lie. Everything I ask I didn’t want on the sandwich got it. Thx god we not allergic to it. Now a day people love getting paid with no work 🤦🏻‍♀️

  I only go to this McDonald's because it's close to my house and it has a play place for my kids but I am about to stop giving my money to McDonald's all in all. There's always an issue at this particular McDonald's, some managers are rude compared to general staff. There's an 8 out of 10 chance something is gonna be wrong with my order, and or my fries will either be old or redropped. As a parent to a child on the spectrum McDonald's is a big deal but the constant headache of battling people for fresh fries, a full box of fries, the correct amount of condiments that was ordered is no longer worth my time, money or energy. I spend too much money on a weekly basis at McDonald's for shitty service that now we got McDonald's at home!!!!

  Horrible experience especially when they dont take food allergies serious,due to them not being properly trained .its sad when you have to go back and forth with employees about food allergies. When the mean says dont add something its for a reason and when the McDonald's does not get it correct your suppose to remake the whole order not tell someone do you want me to just take them off ,plus serving raw meat is also bad just means the management is not doing there job properly. This happened at 3pm on the day April 26th.
