  The manager on May 16th Sunday at 11:00 a.m. was barking orders at all for employees and cursing up a storm and what seemed to be starting an argument. It was a very unpleasant visit and we won't be visiting this place as long as she is on shift

  I went thru drive tonight 5/15/2026. I encounter Jennifer (skinny little lady with drown blonde hair back in a pony tall with two braids hanging down) the General Manager at the drive- thru because the young man working was new and training and did not understand my order using the promo code that you use from the survey. I ordered a Double cheese burger and a Big Mac one promo. She tells me that the Double cheese burger is not on that special. I told her to show me where it is written. But she gives it to me anyway. Ok Fine. I ask for them to be cooked hot and fresh. I waited for the about 3-4 mins. Fine. I got them brought out by a young man name Ken. I thanked him. I got home and was really impressed by their service I. Called and asked for Jennifer’s name to leave a good survey Once I took my sandwiches out to eat them I realized my Big Mac was missing a patty on top. So I got dressed again and took it back. I asked for Jennifer because I really thought it was funny that they left the meat off. Well she comes to the window and was like what may I help you with. !!! Still laughing I told her about my sandwich. I hand her the bag and asked her to look at it. She walks away I said no please come back so we can see this together. But she just kept going. I politely pulled to the next window where I encounter Ken the young man that had brought me my order out to the car. He apologized I told him it was not his fault. I asked him to ring me up a fry and two apple pies while I wait. He said ok. By this time Jennifer comes around with my sandwich and says here you are. I said thank you Jennifer. Said you don’t have to keep saying my name like that. I was taken back because I’ve been nothing but nice to everybody even when I had to drive back up there for your mistake. Then she said you keep saying my name. Mind you I have a stuttering problem. I felt so so ashamed in front of everybody. She is such a bad example for her employees under her. And yes I did cuss at her after my proud was hurt for stuttering. And I had to wait for my order. The second picture is how she give it to me with extra Mac sauce. Just being messy and very hateful. Too much sauce. I can’t even hold it. She was being very spiteful

  Wait times are absolutely atrociously long. You will sit in the drive through for 20 mins 9/10 times.

  A bunch of females with attitudes that take their time. Wait 10 minutes for your food than get an attitude if THEY make your food wrong, turn around and make you wait don’t waste time or money.
