    The worst McDonald's I ever been to unclean bathrooms. The worst bathrooms I ever seen at McDonald's the worst food I ever get at McDonald's and the worst service I waited at the rough desk for 25 minutes. Probably 40 minutes later, I got my food, some people can't read to use the kiosks. Handicap, and the lady told me she didn't care. The worst dining room I ever seen to. It was beer bottles on the table.\n Tables were nasty outside was a lot cleaner.

    Absolutely the worst night shift there is. Drive through takes no less then 10-15min worse on the weekend. The manager always looks lost and confused. He is super nice, but not the position for him. Im actually writing this while having been waiting in the drive through for about 20 min. I would leave but already pre ordered my food. *update* got my food and they couldn't even manage to put the cheese on the filet or put the buns together. Looks like a 3 year old put my sandwich together.

    Dasher: walked in, no greeting, 4 other people in the loby, also no interaction, all were upsett about service. Employees walked past me, still no greeting, no acknowledgement, after 10 min the food came out, they didnt call the name of the order, stuck it in the takeout box, and went about their business. Grab the order, Said have a good day, still no response. The other customers literally spoke to me saying this is the worst McDonald's and everyone is so cold here, very unpleasant experience, been doing this a while.

    Ordered by app. Very clean. Staff is friendly. Actually stop by table to see if everything was good. Cassie was very pleasant and sweet. A++++ for the staff here.

    I came through the drive thru to pick up my order my boyfriend had placed for me. The manager (white dude with glasses and dark hair I forgot his name) is at the window saying he does not see my order. That is strange how that is even possible when I know this was the location it was placed. I told him exactly what I ordered and the total was $11.55, also showed him the transaction that shows the exact time and date I placed the order. I told him the name of my order and he asked for my code. I didn’t have the code because it was placed by my boyfriend on his McDonalds account. The manager didn’t even attempt to help find my order and said there is nothing he can do and saying I didn’t place an order there when I did, and he walked away as I was trying to tell him about my order. I was also in a rush because I had to head to work soon. I left the McDonalds to drive home to get the code. On the way there my boyfriend shows me a screenshot of the actual receipt and code # along with the location. I make ANOTHER turn back to the McDonald’s and go inside and see the same manager again. Fast forward he keeps saying he don’t have my order when I showed him THE RECEIPT and shows my code, location, time, and date along with what I ordered and how much it costed, and the amount that was taken out of my bank account. He says my money didn’t go through when I CLEARLY SHOWED HIM IT WAS SUBTRACTED OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT BALANCE. He refused to give me what I paid for. I asked to speak to another manager. He hesitated a first then a black guy that has a little bit of a foreign accent comes up to me which was another manager. He sees that it was paid for and place and he actually sees my order. He said that he would give me the food and refund the items to me because of THEIR mistake. When I received the food I’m thinking everything is fine and it was handled. As I bite into my chicken sandwich it tasted a little funny. I opened it up the bread was overly burnt and the chicken was overly cooked. They literally played with my food. I have to say this was the worse restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. This will be a issue sent to corporate very soon this was wrong and I didn’t not deserve that, especially when I spent my hard earned money at this spot and also caused me to be very late for work. Not to mention I never received a refund so I paid for food I waited an hour to finally receive and when I received it it was burnt, no good food. 05/01/2026
