  First time here! Bagels are delicious and the menu is wonderful! The ladies working today are SO nice! Great coffee!!! Will be back!

  I went in for the first time today. I was excited to try the bagels. It was difficult to find pricing for just bagels. When I asked I was told $3 something per bagel. That sounded expensive but I decided to try it any way. In ordering I wanted a variety and instead of explaining the flavors to me I was told to go look in the display case which I did. Hollering the flavors to the lady assisting me ( if that's what you call her help). I was still hopeful the bagels would be worth it. When I got home I tried the asiago cheese bagel first. It was stale. Like dried out stale. I have others to try and Im not hopeful. All in all I was disappointed. I expected so much better. There will not be a second visit. UPDATE less then 24 hours totally inedible. If you want to pay me my $18 for the crappy bagels I had to throw away I will take down this review. Otherwise it stays. I keep the receipt

  We ordered the steak egg and cheese bagel from here that was recommended by the lovely lady up front. The bagel was delicious and fresh. Customer service was very friendly and welcoming. Store was nice and clean. Will be coming back to try other options too.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting or sense of welcome from the staff. Several employees were parked directly in front of the store, which gave an unprofessional first impression. Throughout our visit, the staff’s attitude came across as cold and disinterested. There was no positive or welcoming energy. If anything, it felt like our presence was an inconvenience. Customer service should make guests feel comfortable, but that was completely lacking here. What was especially concerning was the noticeable difference in how customers were treated. It felt like there was a disparity in service depending on race, which is unacceptable in any setting. To top it off, when we left, no one acknowledged us—we were the ones who had to say goodbye first. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and off-putting. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both professionalism and customer experience.

  Mary’s Bagel Cafe is a hidden gem! Everything we ordered was made fresh to order, and you can truly taste the difference. The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—absolutely delicious. The burgers were thick, flavorful, and cooked just right—super juicy and satisfying. The fries (especially the sweet potato fries 🔥) were the perfect side, hot and fresh. Nothing felt pre-made or rushed—just quality food done right. And the strawberry kiwi lemonade… WOW. So refreshing, perfectly balanced, and easily one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time. Great food, great quality, and definitely a place we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend Mary’s Bagel Cafe!
