  I have been a loyal customer of this store for over 10 years, and I have always been happy with the service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. The store was using a number system because it was busy. My number was 30. I heard someone call my number, but when I went to the counter, the employee told me he had already moved on to number 31 and that I had missed my turn. A few moments later, they called number 32, so I explained that my number was 30 and that my turn had been skipped. Instead of trying to help, I was told, “It’s not my responsibility,” and everyone ignored me while they continued serving customers who came after me. The only positive part of my experience was one employee who noticed what had happened and offered to prepare my order. I truly appreciate her kindness. I’m not writing this review because mistakes can’t happen—they can happen anywhere. I’m writing it because of the way the situation was handled. No one apologized or made any effort to fix the problem until one employee stepped in. After being a loyal customer for more than 10 years, I expected much better customer service. I hope the staff receive better training on how to handle situations like this and treat customers with respect.
