  The gentleman Devon was very kind! We had ordered thru the drive-thru and after placing an order, my young child said he wanted a sprinkle donut (which we did not order) right after pulling away from the speaker. As soon as we got to the window to pay, he said he got my child, not just 1 sprinkle donut, but 3 mini ones! The sweetest gesture! Thank you.

  Got 2 dozen & they were the freshest donuts I ever had! Go to other donut places & they try to sell you older ones or even day old & charge more. Thank you

  Terrible selection at 8 p.m. There was a selection of 4 types of donuts. Asked how long till more were made. Cashier advised 1 to 1 1/2 hrs for fresh donuts. Meanwhile, staff in the back talking to the cashier thru their headset, distracting him from the customers! This is a first for this location. I can assure u its the last! EDIT...Thank you for your prompt response! Attempted using the KK link you provided...to complete my review....My husband took me as a treat for my birthday, otw home. We've been to this location numerous times (from out of town), this is the first time we've encountered an issue. All 4 of the staff located in the back were more busy trying to look busy. And clearly were not interested in making more products and one of them was communicating with the cashiers headset, as he kept looking back and trying to contain his composure....Meanwhile, we selected from the poor selection of 4 types of donuts.

  We were greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Mrs Chris. Her energy was very lovely and she greeted us whenever we walked in, even though She dealt with a rude customer she was still amazing with us And patient. She deserves more for her attitude and her commitment of wanting everybody to be happy She’s awesome

  I went into the store on 98 and was greeted by the most amazing worker there her name is Mrs. Chris and she was absolutely wonderful. She certainly made my morning amazing by just being bright and simply being nice. If I ever come in there again and she’s not there I’ll probably just walk out that’s how amazing her customer service was and her smile. Keep up the good work Mrs. Chris!!!!!!
