  We've been ordering from JJ for while and we have been mostly satisfied with the the food and service. Unfortunately the last few nights over the past 2 weeks I picked up online orders, the young girl with the dark black hair is very rude. She is not friendly, has an attitude and not customer friendly. I did the curbside pickup once and there were no napkins in the bag, so I asked if she could get some for us and she said with a major attitude, no I'm busy and walked away mumbling something inappropriate. I thought she was having a bad night and we understand that it happens but it happened again with my wife at curbside, same situation with no napkins in the bag , my wife said something to her and she said something negative and walked back inside the store. We will be contacting corporate, she's a bad representation of Jimmy John's and is detrimental to its brand.

  They never can get my sandwich right. Asked for onions-no onions, asked for them to cut my sandwich in half, can’t even get that right. Asked for mustard instead of mayo, got neither 😡

  I accumulated a 1200 points which I can’t use on what I want. I have to buy sandwiches that I never buy. What purpose does it serve to get points if you can’t use them for what you want to use them for ridiculous. I have an offer to pay the difference. They wouldn’t allow me to do that either. I won’t come here again ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous.

  I order sandwiches through the app for pickup at this location, and I have not had to wait more than 5 minutes for a freshly made toasted sandwich from the time I place the order until pickup. The employees here are also very courteous. You can also dine in at this location and the tables and floor have always been clean.

  Food was great. I waited 30 mins bc the app never updated when the order was ready. Went inside checked, it had been ready for a while. Enjoyed the meal, it was great, then nearly 2 hours later I got the notification that the food was ready.. lol please fix this.
