  Lamentablemente esta es mi primera vez en este lugar y el pésimo las empleadas mala cara groseras la de la caja back and foart con migo por qué me carga 2 sodas y en ningún momento pedí unas sodas ensima tienen la tienda sumamente sucia basura llena basura por todo el lugar en el suelo todas las mesas sucias llenas de comida todo sus containers vacíos el cosinero gritándole a otra de las chicas oh nooo terrible experiencia

  The only reason I am leaving one star is because I had to. This location deserves a zero. They are always out of everything. You wait in line for 30 minutes only to find out they are out of white rice and chicken. Every single time. And the staff is rude and don't want to help you. It's like you're bothering them with your very presence. You've lost my business Chipolte! Stay away from the S Florida location.

  The front staff are so sincere, kind, helpful and chatty when there's not a line. Love it. Also I just happen to have a can of tuna in water for the lil lady feline outside. Alliums like Onion, Garlic are very toxic to cats; esp the powdered kind I went 26.09.24 10pm

  I never leave negative reviews, but after multiple frustrating experiences at this location, I finally feel like I need to say something. The most recent issue happened today. I placed an online order for my son while he was already on his way to Chipotle during his work break. The order gave him a 7:20 pickup time. Since he was already there and there didn’t appear to be a rush, I told him to ask if they could make it early or if he could simply walk through the regular line, order his bowl, and get back to work. Instead, he was told he had to wait until 7:20. I understand that the order technically wasn’t late, so that’s not my complaint. My issue is that there didn’t appear to be a line or a large volume of orders being prepared. He was on a limited work break, and from what he could see, the employee was standing at the counter talking with another employee while he waited. If there’s no operational reason an already-paid order can’t be made early, what’s the benefit of ordering online? He could have walked through the regular line and potentially gotten the exact same meal faster. What makes this even more frustrating is that this location never answers the phone. There’s no way to call and speak with someone directly, ask for a manager, or resolve an issue with the store. I actually tried calling and, after nobody answered, even tried going through the catering option just to get someone on the phone. I was ultimately transferred to corporate instead. That should not be the only way customers can get assistance from a restaurant when there’s a problem. And this isn’t the first frustrating experience I’ve had at this location. A couple of months ago, I ordered and paid extra for steak on my bowl. I drove all the way home before realizing there was NO STEAK in the bowl. I had to drive back to the restaurant and have it remade. I got back to my car, checked the bowl before leaving again, and there was STILL no steak. Thankfully, I caught it before driving home a second time. I had to take it back inside and have them add the steak. Then, after all of that, the steak itself was awful. It was mostly fat and honestly some of the worst-quality steak I’ve had maybe I was expecting too much from chipotle and I was thinking more fresh kitchen, but it definitely wasn’t that. I don’t expect perfection, but if I’m paying extra for an ingredient, I expect to actually receive it and for it to be reasonably edible. What was really annoying is when I went back in the second time the kid that kept forgetting the steak was the same kid I saw the first time picking up my original order outside smoking by the dumpster, which I don’t clutch my pearls over someone smoking I was a kid once too, but if you’re gonna do it, I’d be able to handle it I honestly don’t know whether these problems are exclusive to this location or Chipotle as a whole has a really bad system. But I will say never had these problems at any other location. But then again, I’m also not ordering online at the other locations.

  Awful is a compliment for this place. About the food, the stake tastes like expired meat, the spicy sauce invades the taste and makes it like bitter. About atmosphere is terrible! The place is dirty; floor and tables full of crumbs. About service, tha cashier man is the worst person there. I bet he is the real problem of that place right now. Comentarios dedicados a la persona encargada de caja el 19 de septiembre 2026 y quien parece ser el administrador. El tipejo ese, es de lo peor en servicio al cliente que he visto en mucho tiempo. Quiso sacarnos del sitio acusando de entrar mascota sin siquiera tomarse la molestia de preguntar si es un animal de servicio. Pedí limón para bajar el exceso de picante en la comida y cuando una de las personas que prepara la comida me iba a dar, este señor no lo permitió. El sitio es completamente sucio en las mesas, el piso, canecas llenas de basura, dispensador sin bebidas. Primera y última vez en Chipotle. La peor experiencia de comida que he tenido. Tuve que traer la comida a casa y tratar de arregalr la receta porque comer en el lugar es hasta de mal gusto.
